9:00 - 10:00 & 10:00 - 11:00 AM
Youth Sports training sessions are designed to focus on developing skills and techniques that will benefit every athlete. Each day has a specific focus and is listed on the schedule so that your athlete can participate in the area that suits them best. Small groups max at 6 students per class so that your athlete gets the proper attention they need while offering a savings from traditional One-on-One training.

Josh Bates, Personal Trainer,
American Council of Sports Medicine Josh is a Mount Juliet, Tennessee native with 18 years of soccer and basketball experience, and 8 years of Football experience, with 5 of those being at the colligate level as a starting defensive end at Cumberland University.
Josh is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified personal trainer with a passion for sports and helping people accomplish their fitness and life goals. Josh trains athletes and weekend warriors of all ages, however, his true passion is helping youth athletes develop skills, strength, and spirit to help them excel in sport and life. |
