2020 is a unique year with unique challenges. That is exactly why we have decided to completely replace our typical challenge with this 6-week program to help us not only get stronger physically, but to dig deep and strengthen ourselves inside and out. 

Typical tactics work in typical times but I'm sure we can all agree - the times are not typical. I think it's also imperative that we are all aware and preparing for our mental health in 2021.
Our weight loss plan, fitness regimen, and nutrition success in 2021 will depend on our mental fortitude that we develop now. And as you'll see in the video I'm NOT talking about adding in a litany of rules. I'm going to teach you how to lean in, live in grace, and make this whole process easier - not just one more thing on your to-do list. And let's save the BS. I know what doesn't work and we're going to steer clear of all that mess. 

We have layered more than ever to this 6-week program to help you not only succeed during this 6 weeks, but to carry you forward through the rest of 2020 and beyond.

  • TRAINING TEAMS: Each participant will be placed with one of our trainers to help you successfully complete the 6-week program. Being part of a team has been key to increased success of our past programs. Your trainer will be your team captain, go-to guide, and personal cheerleader. Training teams do not meet at certain times and participants do not need to know each other - so no stress there. It's just what we've learned to be a great way to keep everyone connected and to have a little fun along the way. Plus, if you're in need of some accountability, this is going to be your favorite part!
  
  • PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP with DAILY JOURNAL PROMPTS for INSPIRATION and MOTIVATION. A great place to share ideas, victories, ask questions and get reminded that you're not in this alone. This is your place to keep up with the latest fun challenges and stay connected. 
 
  • FUN WEEKLY CHALLENGES: Each week will cover a new theme (see below), and allow you to participate in fun activities and challenges, individual and team, to earn prizes.

 Week 1: 
Develop your plan. You'll develop a plan that works for you and your lifestyle. Once your plan is in place you'll turn it in to your assigned trainer for accountability during the remainder of the program. We're going to help you make a realistic plan that will help you reach your long-term goals, then we're going to make sure you're following your plan. 

Week 2: 
Simple Nutrition Solutions. Most programs hand you an insane nutrition plan that is doable for about 2 weeks max for the average person. Unless you're going to commit to hours of meal prep on Sundays, then you'll need to find solutions that are easy to implement in YOUR life. Most plans are made for the masses by someone who doesn't know you or your lifestyle. Week 2 we'll talk about setting simple nutrition goals that help you get the most out of your workouts, and help you move toward your goals, but are habits you can keep forever. 

Week 3: 
Conquering Obstacles:
Halloween week is the perfect week to focus on obstacles. Have you ever spent times planning for how you'll handle obstacles? They are coming. Weeks like Halloween are the obvious stumbling blocks but we'll also dive into the most disastrous of obstacles - ourselves. Yes, let's admit it. We are what's most in our way. Let's fix that! Week 3 will help.

Week 4:
Fitness as Play & Community
: This is one you've probably never thought about but it's a major factor in long-term success and fitness. Fitness needs to become more to us than showing up to a dreaded workout to sweat. You'll need to build a tribe and learn (yes I said learn) to enjoy giving your body the gift of exercise and community. 

Week 5: 
What I Believe: If we're going to maintain a healthy lifestyle for LIFE we're going to need to discuss our beliefs around weight loss, our bodies, exercise, nutrition and more. This week we'll dive into what we believe and ask ourselves, what is true, and what is a lie I need to let go? This is a powerful week that can give you tools for a lifetime. You'll not want to miss out on this week.

Week 6: 
Grateful, Thankful, Beautiful Bodies:
We'll finish up our 6-Week program as we roll into Thanksgiving week. What a great time to end with gratitude. We'll discover how gratitude weaves wellness into our lives and talk about how being thankful for our bodies is key to long-term wholeness. What a great way to end our 6 weeks together and lean into Thanksgiving.
