What are 1:3 Small Groups?
Zone 1:3 Small Groups are Personal Training Sessions with up to 3 participants. Due to the very small group our trainers are able to give clients a more personal experience and tailor your workout for the results and goals you desire. It's the perfect way to up your workout game. With a maximum of 3 participants per session, each person has their own training bay that allows for a weight program custom designed for your personal goals and maximum use of time during training. The 1:3 Small Group Program isn't for everyone, just those who are ready to level up. Small Group Membership Includes:
