- 2 Group Run Sessions per Week with Coach Rob
Group run coaching sessions will meet at Zone Conditioning on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6:00 pm. Runners will go directly from Zone. You'll be coached and encouraged by your trainer at every run. If you're new to running, don't worry, that's why we are here. If you show up, we'll make sure you get across that finish line every time! Our neighborhoods and roads near Zone offer us a great opportunity for hill training that will help to make you a better runner and burn more fat.
- 12 Class Package @ Zone for Cross Training
*THIS BONUS IS WORTH OVER $200 ALONE. Cross Training is an important part of gaining strength and remaining injury free throughout the training. Each runner will receive 12 classes to use throughout the training. The Zone Endurance Training Program suggests 3 cross training classes per week.
- Beginner and Intermediate Training Options
Wether you're totally new to running or you're looking to take your training up a notch, this program is for you. We offer two options for training plans; Beginner and Intermediate. Both groups meet at the same training time.
- 4 Week Training Log & Meal Planning Suggestions
Each participant will receive our 4 week goal and accountability journal so you can track your mileage, goals, cross training and nutrition. Keeping track is the best way to guarantee success and we give you the tools to make it easy.
- Entry into the Zone "Booathlon" 5k on 10/28/17
Each year at Zone we have a tradition we call Booathlon. Booathlon combines Spinning & Running for a fun-filled, friendly competition...oh, and did we mention we do it all in costume? We do! This year is our 3rd Annual Booathlon and we'll be adding a 5k to the lineup of festivities. This 28 day challenge will end just in time for you to try out your new run skills in our Booathlon 5k. By finishing the Endurance Challenge you'll get a FREE entry into our Booathlon that will include a finishers medal for all participants and prizes for winners! This is the most fun you can possibly have running!
- Online Community
Each participant will be added to a closed online group so we can encourage, motivate and inform between trainings.
- Nutrition Coaching Session
Exercise alone will not get you the best results, and we are prepared to make sure each runner has the nutritional tools and confidence to cross the finish line feeling strong. Each runner will have the opportunity to meet with Jen Mulford, a board certified holistic Health Coach for a one-hour personal coaching session. Jen's whole foods, whole life approach to nutrition and fitness has helped countless people not only lose weight but make their lives better through her coaching, training and writing. Need a plan that fits you? Jen will help you decide where to start, know how to implement your plan, and help eliminate overwhelm.

Join us on September 30th at 11:30 am to get a great jump start on your 28 Day Challenge. We'll get to review every aspect of the program and your training as well as meet your trainer and fellow Endurance Challengers. Attendance is not required but highly suggested.
