POWER UP TRAINING SESSIONS
Power up training sessions are a great way to push your body to a new level in a personalized, safe and effective environment. Power up sessions are 30 minutes and concentrate on specific body training during each session. Check the MindBody Schedule of Power Up Sessions to see the schedule.

Power Up Sessions are purchased per session and can be added to a Zone Membership as an a-la-carte item to add on as needed or desired.
Each session holds only 3 participants for personalized service - sign-ups are online; first-come-first-served. (If you would like to have a consistent schedule and have a reserved spot just for you, see our page on Small Group Training. Small group training allows you to have a regular, reserved spot in a longer session.)
