After over 5 years of service to the Mt. Juliet community we've learned a few things about our members; You don't want to be locked into long contracts. In fact, a contract with us has never been successful as a tool in changing lives. What has been successful is focusing all of our energy and effort on helping you build a new life. A commitment to us means nothing if you have not made a commitment to yourself, your family, and your future. So we don't use contracts to hold our members anymore...the reason is two fold: 1. They don't work. 2. We don't need to. We spend all of our energy on being the best place to change your life. What you do with that is up to you.
Our hope is that by removing the barrier of making a long-term decision before you've even started, we'll help you get started faster. Then it's up to YOU to keep going, and up to US to provide the best environment for that.
Should you choose to leave, all we ask is that you give us a 30-day notice, no questions asked. The 30-day notice helps us plan and protect our investment in our facility, our long-term members, our programs, and our team - the trainers we know you'll grow to love. ♥️
We're even going to go a step farther and guarantee your first 30 days! Cancel any time in the first 30 day's and we'll waive the 30-day notice policy. So you get 30 days to get settled before you truly decide if you want to continue. Then, after your first 30 days, all we would need is a 30-day notice to cancel at any time.
