Zone Conditioning is an innovative fitness and health facility helping individuals reach health and performance goals. Zone Conditioning conducts ongoing training and education in the areas of Corrective Exercise, Sports Massage Therapy, Exercise Testing and Assessments, and Nutrition.
Zone Conditioning is owned and operated by husband and wife team Rob and Jen Mulford who have over 40 years of combined fitness industry experience. Rob and Jen were both concerned about the extremes found in their industry today so they created Zone to be a place where members who desire direction from a well educated, informed and compassionate expert could become healthy in body, mind and spirit. The Zone Conditioning staff is well qualified, continues to seek education opportunities and cares deeply about the success of our clients.

Our memberships range from full-service options that include massage and health coaching to pay-per-class.
We truly believe in a holistic approach to health. Meaning, to find true success we must tend to all areas of our lives not just exercise. We join you in that journey from day one. When you become a member at Zone we set up a strategy session with you. We'll get an in-depth look at where you are and chart a plan for getting to where you want to be.
The first time you visit Zone for a Spin class or your strategy session you'll be fitted to a Spin Bike. Everyone gets fitted by our certified instructors. We keep track of your settings and the next time you arrive your bike is set up and ready to ride. We will be expecting you!
Each class is limited in number of participants so that personal attention is paid to each individual. You will not get lost in the crowd. We take form seriously and it's our job to make sure you're performing movements that will enhance your health not break down your body. We are here for your workout, not ours.
We believe that Nutrition is the largest part of your success when trying to improve your health. We take that seriously by offering workshops, classes, challenges, and weight loss programs to help you succeed.
